With all the exercise and fitness programs that were introduced, yoga is one of the oldest and proven fitness routine that can keep your body healthy.  There are hundreds of yoga positions along with several yoga styles you can choose from.  One of the most popular styles introduced recently is the Bikram Yoga which is also known as the Hot Yoga.  It is just like any other yoga styles with common and familiar poses but the only difference is that you do the poses in a heated room.  Typically the room is kept at a temperature of 95 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and about 40 percent humidity.

It is considered one of the most healthy yoga styles if you want to lose weight fast since the temperature induces sweating.  The heated temperature along with the yoga positions can help you cleanse your body while building endurance. But there are precautions in practicing Bikram yoga since there are individuals who feel dizzy and a bit nauseous while practicing the positions.  That is why it is best to rest well after the first few sessions of Bikram and to always consume plenty of water.

Nutritionists advise of taking in 64 to 80 ounces of water to revitalize the body.  People who have insufficient potassium and salt are likely to experience nausea that is why some yoga centers have mineral supplements.  There are also yoga positions that may be hard for beginners but through gradual practice these positions can be done along with the body getting accustomed to the heat.  Soon enough you will see the boost in your energy as you get rid of toxins and unwanted body fats.

Yoga can help you regain balance in your body by cleansing it.  The positions can be practiced daily and gradually even very difficult poses can be attained as you progress.  Some of the health problems that you may be facing before will also be resolved as the body gets detoxed by letting out the toxins through the open pores.  You will also find improvements in your circulatory system as the blood is cleansed and as your breathing pattern relieves you of stress and anxiety.
